In compliance with Google Play Store User Data policies, users and educational institutions have full control over their account data. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time without needing to log in to the app.

What Data Will Be Deleted?

Upon confirmation of identity and school authorization, the following data is permanently purged:

User Credentials: Administrator/staff username, encrypted password hashes, and active sessions.
School Profile: Institutional contact details, registered emails, and address metadata.
Student Academic Information: Roll numbers, admission numbers, names, father names, and class records.
Media & Photos: Student identity card photos stored on the server.
Circulation & Issue History: Book issue/return logs and history linked to the account.

Data Retention Period & Legal Exceptions

Timeline: Deletion requests are verified and completed within 14 to 30 business days.

Retention: Aggregated, anonymized statistical logs or data that we are legally required to retain by educational oversight boards or tax/statutory regulations may be held for the legally required duration before complete disposal.
